Strange TV show clip

I came across this odd clip that I haven't previously seen. Sorry if it isn't new to you, but it is pretty amusing. It seems to be set in a library, and all of the kids are supposed to be quiet.

They're playing an odd game though.

      The clip that appears here actually is from the Youtube version; I couldn't get the Dailymotion version to download properly.
